ACER E1-410 two usb ports not working

Hi friends, I need help on this acer aspire E1-410 board id:
EA40-BM MB
13233-1M
48.4OC10.01M

the U6301 has no voltages on each pins , the C6302 cap has no voltage also. attached is the schematic and pic of the board. can someone please help me on this please

remove the usb extension and then measure voltage again on U6301. If voltage appears, then you have usb extension board shorted.

thanks for the response mcplslg123 i removed the usb extension board still pin 2 and pin3 has 5v but pin 4-8 1.1v only

i replaced the ribbon cable still the same issue

I have 5v on input of U6301CHIP pin 2 and 3 but on output pin 6-8 it shows only 1.4v

One of the cap C6302 C6303 is leaking test those caps if not remove just to check

thanks i have found the C6302 CAP near the chip i removed it and test is not shorted. but i have trouble finding the C6303 cap on the board

C6303 is not included in the MB if the cap is not short Change U6301 IC

problem solved replacing the chip solved the problem thank you techtiger
