    hp 15-bs038ne

HP laptop with core i7 and 8gb ram and 1T hdd
    the problem:

1- it takes about 1 minute to show HP logo when power up...
2- i booted from usb in order to clean install a windows 10: it takes also more and more time to reach the partioning option.
3- when starts with installing windows it stops with error:
0x8007045d: Windows can not install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available

    i tried:
    1- update bios
    2- change ram and hdd
    3- remove cmos battery

    with no luck

Are you sure the "new" HDD is good?
Does it show BIOS logo faster without the HDD plugged in?

            by claws77
my laptop is lenovo flex 5 14ITL05

recently my power supply for this laptop developed a fault.
which caused a short in my usb c port -- verified with a new charger.

rant: so, i went to the repair tech in my country, he asked for a huge repair cost when i decided to get it done someplace else this "great person" nicked my bios chip, asked me to be aware for repair scams lol.
I was stupid and unable to find the flaw at the moment. Another repair tech told me that my bios chip was stolen and an 8mb bios chip is in place of that. he told me that a 32...

            Bios splash/logo change
            by Verlengsnoer
            Hi all,

at firs, i hope this is the right place to post my question.

Im looking for a tool to change the bios logo.

everyone knows when you turn on your laptop/pc you will see the manufacturer logo like lenovo, hp, dell...

i know that HP has a build in option to change the splash logo.

but i want to change the manufacturer logo to an own logo.

I try'd Change Logo 5.0, but when i make a backup of an laptop and edit the logo and flash the editted version back on the laptop the logo diddnt change.

DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG error re. old drivers in Windows 11 install image
            by japlytic
In a Beelink GTR mini PC, mine has an Intel AX200NGW WLAN module.

            Tried (only with keyboard/mouse connected):
            • BIOS + database update
            • Using latest Windows 11 image built with official image creation tool
            • Previous setup version for Windows 11 installer
            • Replacing SSD without a slow block (the previous SSD had a slow block with access time > 500 mS)
            • TPM reset (worked to the point where DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG error message is displayed briefly after the point of stalling)
            • Disabling power to WLAN and LAN modules in BIOS (Advanced > AMD PBS > PCI Express Configuration)
