Laptop smd coil 1r2 to 1r5???

Hi blown coil on laptop marked 1R2 unable to find that or buy it anywhere can this be safely replaced with same size 1R5???

Yes. go ahead but coils normally dont blow up. So check impedance on both sides of the coil before putting it back. you may have further damages.
