ACER A315-31-C94T No Backlight.

hi guys, i have this acer here with no backlight.
Customer tried to change the screen with laptop on.
motherboard DA0Z8PMB8D0 REV ACER
19V present at pin 40-39 of the connector(VOUT-BACKLIGHT)

No part numbers whatsoever printed on the board

Any idea will be appreciated.

Check the Voltage on pin 26 BL_ON

now check pin 37 36 33 31 did you try with another screen

I did tried with another screen.
LCDVCC - 3.3V
+3V Present
+5V Present

Check pin 27 voltage
If ok try removing bios battery if present and reset

pin 27 PCH_BRIGHT is 0V

now i have to figure it out where it goes to on the board...
