check which ICs get warm or hot and which voltage rails are present on the mainboard.

it is possible to be a Bios problem, but more probably it is a GPU problem. In addition, a few other problems are possible. Does the CPU or the GPU have voltage on this mainboard?

CPU or GPU voltages can be found on the coils near them. If you did not find those coils, measure voltage on all square-shape coils on the mainboard.

Here`s a bios you can try,and a schematic.The motherboard is made by a MSI. x600 ms-16911. Backup and verify your bios backup before flashing a new one.

If you upgraded to win 10 you will have a digital entitlement key. You can find out what that key is with showkeyplus software. Use the x32/x64 version,not store one https://www.softpedia.com/get/System...wKeyPlus.shtml

EDIT: i tried opening those bios i linked to ,part 2 is corrupt , don`t flash it !

I had to desolder the Bios chip, otherwise I had no use
