    and not to forget about quality flux. Cheaper flux and soldering paste is the issue of ic's not soldered properly.

      Good mornig, after checking voltage and replacing charge ic, and still battery did not charge i noticed that the enable of the battery was not grounded. After grounding H6001 battery is working and charging. I hope this wil help in future somone with the same problem.

        CMPOUT-6V
        REVN-6V
        BTST-6V
        HIDRV 6V
        VCC- 19V

        Other pins 0v

          ACOK 6V is not good, it should be 3.3. Replace BQ24780S charging IC.
