Touch pad and keyboard not working

Hi I have ACER aspire 4730z JAL90 LA-4210P the keyboard and touchpad is not working at all. I dont know where to focus in repairing this kind of problem ..

you need to measure voltage on the tp and kbd connector pins first

jp4 pin 7 has 3v
jp7 pin 6 has 5v

Working with external mouse/keyboard?
Tried another operating system?
Tried a BIOS update?

even in bios sir I cant boot on any bootable
