lenovo b560 no start

Hi everybody lenovo b560 not start.i programmed ec+main bios 2 time but same .when i checked standbay 3.3v and 5v have and when i pressed power button 3v goto gnd this mean ok. whats the problem ? do you have any idea

Test Voltage on pin 3 11 26 33 SIO
PL 10 output PL 11 output voltage
PU9 pin 8 17 23 Voltage

nope, this is not the schematic for LZ56-it has hm76 whereas b560 is 1st gen mb-so should be hm55 pch. However , you can measure sio voltage from lz46 mb schematic as both uses same sio npce781xxx.

pin4/19/102-should be 3.3v
pin20-rsmrst-should be 3.3v
pin21-slp_s4 & pin 64-slp_s3-should be3.3v after power switch press
pin 15-s5 enable-should be 3.3v
pin85-ecrst

Check all these pins first.

pin4/21/64 are supposed to be 3v but after switching only. So nothing wrong with your measurement except pin85-EC_RST#. This should be 3v even in off condition. Though this signal is marked with # meaning active low but it should be 3v even in off condition.

Since ec_rst is miising, i'll suggest to replace the kbc ic first.
