Intel i7-4790 what is value of capacitors on it

Hello have this Intel i7-4790 that customer want to "delid" but it went horribly and about 10 pieces of caps was ripped off. How can i find the value of it?
it is so tiny i can see it just under microscope

voltage on cpu is very low... scrap some capacitors of same size and cross fingers

buy a burned CPU of the same model and use its capacitors. such a CPU should be very very cheap.

this cpu is VERY expencive, and no burned on sale
