Hp G62 no display

hi, I have this pc with motherboard 01013y000-388-g with black screen, it has no video bga
turns on, fan runs for 15 seconds and stops, not from video signal,
I noticed that the hard disk is not spinning
I reballed the intel chipset, but it does not work,
do you have a working dump of the EC and bios?

Sorry for red tape, but there is a different thread for bios request.

Have you tried to check ram first, instead of reballing chipset.

If you put faulty ram you get the same result.

check if you have +VCC CORE +VGFX CORE +VDD CORE
