    acer e1-471 turns on then shuts off

    I need help on this acer aspire E1-471 board idAZQSAMB6F1 rev:F, at first the problem was shorted 19v rail so i eliminated it by replacing a shorted mosfet.Now when i pressed the power button lights turns on then goes off. I already tried flashing bios with main and ec.I already checked voltages 19v 3.3v and 5 present on the coil and 3.3v present on power button.I noticed there is no 3.3v on both main and ec chip.anyone can help me on this please

      i notice removed cpu lights stays for a minute i checked no cpu vcore voltges.please help

          I unsoldered USB 3.0 and flashed several different BIOSes, but it did not help.
