Samsung RV510 shuts off 5 to 8 minutes

Hi everyone!I need help on this samsung RV510 MODEL:SCALA-15UL BA41-01322A REV MP 1.0. The problem is laptop shuts off after 5 to 8minutes.Could it be a me region problem for this?or does anyone have a good working dump for this please help!I have already tried replaced nec capacitor with tantalum caps, replaced cpu and ram but the same issue shuts off at 5 to 8 minutes.

upload the original bios here. Then, other technicians will clean it for you.

Ok thanks for the response here is the original dump shutdown from 5 to 8 minutes.Can someone clean the me region for this please!

are you sure that this is a good dump? looks strange
what is the cpu on this one?

i cand find any trace of ME reginon inside but here is few dumps found on net

yes i pulled out the chip and read it on programmer backup.as for the history of the client said laptop stack for years never been repaired before.the CPU intel pentium T4500

i edited previous post, see atachments
this is pre HM55 (maybe i40 or i45 series chipset) and it does not use ME region, that started from HM55 and up
try dumps but it is likely that its a hardware problem
check with another power brick, cpu, cpu cooler, see sensor for temp or something...

yes, gl40 and gl45 does not use ME region, look elsewhere

maybe this is a bios issue because when i used original dump it boots fine but only shut down 5 to 8 minutes i already replaced the cpu with the same cpu but still the same problem.

i flashed the bios with post #6 file the same issues it goes off 5-8 minutes.could it be the MCH is the problem?

i have attached the image on the CPU and MCH,When i tried to reformat the laptop its stuck at 18percent then shuts off. I noticed there is a slot for another power supply ceramic caps could i try to add another ceramic caps on the one marked red?

If there was no capacitor there, there is no need to add one. Does any IC get hot near the CPU and the MCH?

Does it happen that this borad have nec/tokin cap like toshiba a300/l300?

So, how about temperatures?
Does it shutdown even in the bios page? If you restart it immediately after a shutdown does it work for another 5-8mins?

even on the bios page it shuts off it it restart it does not work for 5-8mins. the hot component only is the MCH and this intel chip Intel® 82801IBM

and now it shuts off 1 minute. does this MCH is the problem?
