I need help on this acer one d255 board id:PAV70 LA-6221P REV 1.0, the problem is turns on a seconds shuts off. 19v, 3.3v and 5v presents, so ill tried to flashed the bios i got here in the forum and tried again but still the same issue turns on a seconds shuts off and the fan at full speed.Anyone please i need help on this

It had liquid contact and owner dried it up. Dried it so hard that keyboard is all wavy...
I've found one drop on motherboard near B+ capacitor, it wasn't short.
But motherboard works exactly 60 seconds and turns it self off. Not overheating just exactly 60 seconds. Normally I would say its ME Region problem, but CPU is AMD...

I have an Acer Aspire Spin 5 that turns on, displays the Acer logo, and turns back off. This happens in approximately 5 seconds. It won't turn on by itself after that, it stays off.
The mainboard is Drift_SKL 16801-1M.
I've already tried disconnecting everything, including the battery. I've also removed the CMOS battery for a while, and still no luck.
The only thing I could find is that the caps behind the CPU all seem shorted out. If this is the case, would it still display the logo?

Here I want to explain to you about a problem of Acer Model LA-B991P motherboard.
All voltage rails have been checked. All are there. But the motherboard turns off after three or four seconds.
I measured these signals:
EC_RST > 3.3
PLT_RST > 0
SYSON >3.3
PCH_PWROK > 3.3
SUSP# >3.3
PCH_RSMRST# > 3.3
PM_SLP_S4 > 3.3
PM_SLP_S3 > it comes and goes quickly
PM_SLP_S5 > it comes and goes quickly
