acer one d255 turns on a seconds shuts off

I need help on this acer one d255 board id:PAV70 LA-6221P REV 1.0, the problem is turns on a seconds shuts off. 19v, 3.3v and 5v presents, so ill tried to flashed the bios i got here in the forum and tried again but still the same issue turns on a seconds shuts off and the fan at full speed.Anyone please i need help on this

Do you have CPU VCore?

Check voltage on VR_ON, SYSON, PM_SLP_S3#, PM_SLP_S4# and PM_SLP_S5#.

all no voltage also and i cannot find syson and i don't think if this is the right schematic if not can anyone share correct one
