Hi everyone i need help on this Lenovo tablet pc MIIX 310-101CR model:80SG the problem is the owner forgot the windows password, so ill try to reset the pc but there is a errror saying additional spaces on the drive. so ill tried booting to bios to have clean install but the problem it has system password.when i open the tablet and check the bios chip to read it is qfn-8 chip and i dont have adapter to read it and program.Is there a change to reformat this tablet without going to bios?please i need help and advise

page 28 of the manual states the bios password cant be reset etc
