acer aspire one d270 no display

anyone help on this acer aspire one d270 laptop turns on display after a second no display and fan stops but led light steady\
i have already replace memory, reflow chipset and cpu and reflash bios but still the same issue turns on display then a seconds no display. any help please

update i flashed back to original bios dump and reflow chipset again and pu3 laptop turns on display with battery only inserted turns on 30mins with display ok and after 30mins the display gone but fan spinning. but if charger and battery inserted turns on display but after a minute display gone but if charger only inserted wthout battery turns on but no display. any help please

remove the battery and use only the charger.
turn the laptop on and measure voltage rails on coils.

thanks for the response ive already measured coils charger only plugged in only PL7 have 0.50v both sides and also PL10 other side 1v and other side 0.22v. any advise please

what about PL5 and PL8 and PL9?

PL5 both sides 1.05v, PL8 both sides 1.06v and PL9 other side 1.16v and 1.15v

they seem OK.
measure resistance on PR133 and PR155.
now measure voltage on R459 after turning on.

try replacing filter capacitors PC46 and PC58 with tantalum caps take from USB port.

Should be 220uf 6.3v
but you can try 147uf 6.3v coming from USB caps

@fddizon i cannot find 147uf 6.3v but i have here in scrap board 157uf 6.3v and 227uf 6.3v which should i try?

with charger only, do you hear it booting into windows?
with charger and battery, do you see it booting into windows?

with charger only acer logo shows then a second goes off and with charger and battery the same issue but sometimes it boots to windows then goes off the display but fan is spinning with battery only boots on windows sometimes it takes 30 mnutes ok then display goes off when turn on again there is no display

what do you see on external monitor?
If nothing, then do the following method:
In each one of the three cases, when the display goes off, click on something that makes Windows to play a sound such as a music.
then, discover if Windows is still active.

ill tried that external display the same as charger only plugged in boots then a seconds display off

update if i rest the netbook for an hour it turns on display ok but after 30mins still goes off

do you see any bad capacitor or anything hot on the board?
