Sony VPCZ1 backlight circuit

I've got an Sony VPCZ12Z9E (PCG-31111M) with an bad backlight power circuit. The screen and motherboard have been replaced by the owner (His kid stepped over it) but the screen arrived much latter and upon installing it displayed no image, that is, it displayed an image without an backlight.

I have measured voltages across two big caps and their coil near the LCD connector and they read 0V.

i have same type....the problem looping...on just 3 second after that dead...back again on automatic...
