HP ProBook 4535s Plugged in charging but not charging

I have an HP ProBook 4535s that sees the battery, says it is plugged in and charging but it is not charging. Not even when the laptop is off.
I have tried 4 different batteries, two used and two new which all charge in an dead laptop except the original one that is not detected.

I have replaced the charge controller BQ24726 (U1015) and two transistors FDMC8884 (Q1045 and Q1046) yet same thing occurs.
No shorts, cap between SRN and SRP is good (C1270), at least I believe it is since it is not marked on the board and I believe it is located above U1015.

I have no idea what to do.

Check:
vcc on R1240 is ok ?
Q1048 and Q1047
on chip bq24726 pin 3-4-5-6-

Jasko was spot on, Q1047 was bad and always on Source to Drain which caused the battery charger to always return into laptop circuitry and not the battery via +VADPBL always existing and Q1049 always connecting the battery lane with the laptop power lane.
