Acer e15 wont start

I have an acer e15 wont start. I find 8pin mosfet pq304 as bad now start all components except display - just an very fast flash(backlight) permanently. Also on usb i have 5v but connecting an usb (with led) not seem to work.
Any ideea please?

Try to flash the bios my friend, may that's the problem.

thanks for reply . i have an usb with led indicator and seem to dont work . no blinking lights on the stick . but when i check with multimeter i have 5v. Also at pin 1 on display conector , i have 19v wich i dont know if is correct as i cannot find any schematic mobo is :z5wah la-b161p rev 1.0

i flash on the past one acer laptop with usb (black screen). i will try to add some photos with mosfet replaced
