urgent help need with no display Toshiba satellite

please i really need help urgently, I have this toshiba laptop with display not working,when you remove the CMOS battery and you press on bottom, it gives you 2 long beep and 2 short beep twice,i have change the memory still nothing works but i released the U4701 chip which is closer to the CN1700 slot becomes hot which shouldn't be so when laptop is pressed less than 30 seconds,the board number is MV-4 94V-0 REV:2.10,tnx in advance and will be much happier if any help is given

the model number has faded and this is the only number on the board MV-4 94V-0 REV:2.10
