Are you serious? We already answered that on your other thread and you open a new one without even bothering answering us?
          https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=62131

And you swap component randomly without even trying to think for yourself…
We still need to know what resistance do you get.

Anyway, when you've got a short on some line, one method to find the faulty component is to put some voltage on it using a lab power supply. Start with 1V and check if anything gets hot, especially CPU, GPU and PCH and check the current drawn. We will go from there…

all the components on the board reads like a fuse or PL so I don't know which one maybe causing the GND problem

Same problem happen to me. I inject 1v power on 3V line and i found KB chip came hot. I replaced it the problem solved. You try to inject like that first you should remove Supply coils.

Open all the jumpers and see which side of jumper is shorted and then trace that line to find faulty componenet. No need to change all the componenets randomly-the mobo may get damaged rather.
