Hp Pavilion 15, MB DAO092 no power help pls.

Hi Everyone,
I have Hp pavilion 15 on my desk not powering up, not charging completely dead. take the MB out connected supply no 3.3 V on the battery connector. there is 19-20V supply to U2 ic but no output PQ21 switching FET has 0.7V output. i am bit confused about it any help, guidance appreciated.

Short to GND on PQ21 output checked that might be pulling voltage down?

Thanks for the quick reply, i did diode mode source gate, gate source load check PQ21 it seems ok if i am not doing something wrong.
19V comes all the way to charging IC PU2 pin 20 (pg no 28). pin 2 and 4 0.2 V and switching to 0.1V pin 18 0.4 V HIDRV. 2.8V on the pin 6. No 5V coming out.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
Do u have 3v and 5 v on pl21 and pl22?

If not provide voltage Readings of PU12 and see if the bios chip has 3 volts.
voltage at pin 71 ite (AD_TYPE)?
Can you read any voltages at AD_ID?
