Toshiba c850 is off when i unplug Ac adapter

Hi,
the laptop battery is full charged and when i just unplug Ac adapter, it goes off...
I try an other battery and it is the same result ....what can I do? please help me !
can R6000 be the source of this issue ?

Measure voltages at pin 1,2,18,19 and 20 of U6000 with only battery attached.
