So your machine is completely dead ??? first put laptop on ac charger,measure this and post:
1. B+ voltage on PR102
2. pu200 pins: 1,6,13,16

After that remove charger and measure resistance to ground :
3. pr102
4.PL200,PL201

Same laptop,same problem = no power measured pu200 pins
1=2v
6=2.8v
13=6.8v
16=19.3v
Resistance to ground
PL200=12.1 kOhm
PL201=0.88 kOhm
PR102=NOTHING
and now?
no light coming up no power nothing what should i do next?

Before switching power 3/5Valw must be present = PU100.

@mobilegeek, your measurements doesnt seems correct to me. How you can get 6.8V at pin13 which is enable pin and cant be more then 3.3V. PIN1 & pin6 are entrip pins and the voltage there is also wrong. You should get around 1.3-1.5V at both these pins. Check your measurements again.

You clearly have your measurements wrong. PU200 feeds off B++ which is directly connected to B+. B+ goes through PR102, which is a current sensor resistor assembly. You can't have 19V on B++ and nothing on PR102. You should be measuring its pin 4 against the ground. I also very much doubt you have 7V on the enable pin of PU200. If that's the case, it's probably dead by now.
