Acer Aspire M5-581TG battery not detected

Hello,
Like the title says, this laptop doesn't detect the battery.
I'm searching without success the boardview, i do have the shematics but i'm no good on finding the IC.
Any help is much apreciated .

Thanks buddy, but there are no voltages, or IC names, just the components placement without any other info.
Or i'm using the wrong viewer ?

the bv it only tell us part position of mobo, component must reading on scheme

I only have 3 and 1 Volt on the battery connector, which pins / components should i measure ?
