hp g4 HDD ODD problem

Hello I had a dead hp g4 machine, changed charging chip which came to life but HDD and ODD aren't spinning, no power at all.

I checked for 5v, Rx, tx measurements which seems to be ok, tried with new HDD too but no sign of life. Machine boots but can't find HDD or ODD. Any clue why HDD isn't spinning?

Hi,

Could you please share the exact motherboard model no. then probably I may try and point out different check points.
