Toshiba laptop, no obvious damage (physical or liquid).
Plug power in, and the AC-in light glows white.
Try turn on and the power-ON LED illuminates for about 2 seconds before going out for about 10 seconds, endless cycle/loop. Each time the power-ON LED activates the wifi orange LED flickers on for about 1/100th of a second, enough to notice but not much more.
Tried with fresh RAM, replaced CMOS battery, no peripherals attached.
Tried with LVDS disconnected as well.
EDIT/UPDATE:
If I remove the CMOS battery, it can be switched on and stay on but no boot.
It has an 8GB DDR3L SODIMM in it, if I replace it with almost any other DDR3L (even at the same speed) it goes back to the slow blink. The only other 3L module that worked was a different branded 4GB unit.
If I put the CMOS battery back in it'll go back to blinking after the first power cycle.
Problem with the SPI bus perhaps?
