HP Pavilion G4 has no 5vS5 and 3.3vS5

Guys help me to find out the error. The mobo has no 5vS5 and 3.3vS5 in output but have +5vpcu and +3.3vpcu in RT8223P IC.
There is 3.3v in EC BIOS but no voltage in main BIOS. Please help me to find out the error.

    Schematic is the following one

Maybe you can compare your findings with this link. The board is the same.

We know PU8 is getting power and the linear regulators are working. However the switching regulators are off. Measure the voltage on pins 1,6,18 of PU8. That will tell you if it's being told to turn those on.

        Expected values:
        Pin 1: 0.8V
        Pin 6: 0.9V
        Pin 18: 3V or 5V

        Does PU8 feel warm?

Unplug board and check pins 8,11,17,20 for shorts by putting multimeter in diode mode and placing red probe on ground and black probe on each pin. Anything less than 100mV is a short.

No voltage in Pin 18 that means KBC gone. S5 enable signal is not coming from KBC. is it?
          By the way thanks...
