Compaq v3000 19v shortage

Hye i got another compaq v3000 short 19v. Mosfet u30 was burned and already replace with another same code mosfet but still no luck

Dont know which part make shortage but im measure u30 pin 1,2,3 short to ground, coil L17 both side short to ground and TC7 also shor to ground.

inject low voltage and more amp in to relevant rail.

I dont know which rail. L17 coild both side short to ground.

Im lift L17 and inject on feet zero volt. The result is intel nh82801hbm is hotted. Are this an intel is culprit?

U29 could be shorted (pins 1,2,3 are ground, and if u29 is shorted to pins 5,6,7,8) it will take l17 to ground. If you remove L17 it should tell you if U29 is shorted or its somewhere on the 5V_PWR line

Sir RJ u29 of course to ground on pin 1,2,3 pin 5,6,7,8 is ok. Now i found TC 7 both side is short to ground. Im measure The TC7 itself is ok . I check on diode mode both pad on tc7 its short to ground.

Do injected 3v on tc7 and also nh81802hbm is heated. Actually this laptop is water damage. Before i lifted the intel nh82801hbm u all got any idea ?

c223 also i found short to ground on both side. C223 is connected to TC7

yes NH81801HBM is shorted new to replace new
