Hi friend, need some help.
v5-431 no powering on.

19v present
3v,5v present

3v_5v_POK = 2.2v
sw button = 1.2v

S5_enable = 3.3v
Rsmrst# = 0v
Pm_pwrbtn# = 3.3v
AC_present = 0v
AC_IN = 0v

bios flashed, rehot pch, still same.

Change io/kbc. Try to change swiching fet. Or check caps around lan block
