Solved , shoot down from graphic card failure. Reflowed gpu and turn on normally . So need to replace Gpu with new.

Simplest thing did you check bios battery, can u enter in bios during that time, if your machine is using intel HD gpu which is inside of cpu (i3) i dont think that is gpu issues.

I never encounter such a problem with GPU failure.
Disconnect all devices I.e hdd, dvd etc etc and try again.

It is a common problem on that model Dell and the N5010. The heatsink is held onto the ATI GPU with a single screw on one side and it gets loose. The thermal pad dries out and the GPU overheats to the point of the machine shutting down within minutes.

Not in all cases does the GPU fail on these machines. Sometimes just replacing the thermal pad with a 1mm thick copper shim, using good quality thermal paste on both sides, is all that's needed to get it back to working condition.

well the _unique as a nice teory , that in fact could be the issue regarding this machine , but alltough dell have many 19v problems .. if you do not have a regular 19 volts line all over the board , then you will have many random shutdowns . carefully chek vcore line for 19 volts and main dc in including charging circuit. , doesn't take long and its a basic chek :P

I just recieved a working laptop for a quick dc port swap, i tested the laptop on battery it worked, tested dc port issue felt loose, so disassembled the laptop and removed battery connector, swapped the dc port, re-connected the battery connector, inserted dc pin, white led glowed up - stable, pressed power switch, but it didn't turn on, no fan spin and no display. just 1 white led that glows up, doesn't move to orange (charging), i check voltage (battery : 11.37v) (dc input port : 19.3v)(bios : 1.75), i am stumped, there is no shorting on board.
