Dell Vostro 3450 Dead by accidential twiser shorting

Last day I got a Dell Vostro 3450 for replacing ribbon. After replacing ribbon, I just shorted out power button line by twiser, unfortunately it touched with power led+ve with GND. Then pc won't starting up. Charging LED turns on after plugging charger. 3.3v/5v also activate after pressing power button but no powering up. Please bosses help me to get rid from this stuck.

discharge the motherboard!
bios battery. take it out. test it without bios battery

remove bios battery and wait for 24h..
