    Hp DM4 LAPTOP WONT SHUTDOWN STILL POWER BUTTON LIT. ANY SOLUTION

    Hi friends,
    i have dm4 laptop which is not shutting down fully. after i click shutdown. it turns off but still power button and f12 key light. show me the solution.

    First try with a fresh new OS setup. If still have the problem then try with another good HDD. If it's not work then flash the BIOS.

      I have tried everything you said but no success. Donno if it is Pch problem chipset is hm55
