acer aspire v5-571 usb not responding

I have a ACER aspire V5-571. All of the usb connectors not responding on this notebook. I try with webcam also. i checked power of the usb connectors it shows 4.98V on VCC. And D-, D+ also showing 2.23V and 2.78v is it ok. But it is not responding any devices connected through usb.

try to flash
if not the problem is chip

Check bios if not resolve bios default i think problem solve.

is anyone have bios file to update. i try to find. its not available in acer support

i update the bios to V2.18. But it says usb device connected with it has malfunctioned. But that that device is working with another Laptop. I try it with external keyboard, mouse pendrive. But for everything it says the same message " Malfunctioned "
