Samsung Serie 7 Gamer FAN Problem, the 2 Fans are running at full Speed, Notebook ist not hot or getting not extrem hot!

The notebook was dead and i have thange a CHiPnow i have this Problem

intel cpu? if yes, me region problem.... post old bios here, ill try to fix it

What chip did you change?
How did you know what was wrong with it?

hello,

sorry for a bad information...
the notebook works fine it starts perfekt works nice but only the FAN is spinning at full speed, this notebook has 2 FANS. I have change a qfn chip it was bad...

The Notebook Temperature is fine, i think its a bad FAN Regulator CHIP but i have no schematic for this Notebook!!
