    Toshiba T130 no video

I have this Toshiba T130 (Quanta BU3 MB) that does not show video. All voltages are present, but CPU Vcore is 0.87v which usually indicates that the CPU is not being initialized. CPU and NB are only getting warm even with the heatsink off.

I've checked the clock generator on the oscilloscope and i'm not getting CPU_BCLK and NB_DPLL_REF_CLK - the CPU can't work without a clock so there is obviously something wrong here, but i don't know what is supposed to control those clocks.

I have flashed BIOS and reflowed the AC82GS40 NB. It still does the same. Attached schematic.

    hi, friend
the clock gen can not work if not receive the hardware power good signal, check U18 PIN 63 for CLK_PWRGD, then check U13 (page 14)
if the powergood not delivred, we have a power problem, check if the ich goes hot.

Pin 63 gets 3.3v so i assume that is ok.

I do have a debug card. It shows nothing in the wifi card slot, CLK led not flashing. Likely the LPC pins are not hooked up on this board. Do you think it is worth soldering wires to the KBC to find out? Btw i have also reflowed the CPU just to try and see what it does and there is no change.

I don't have a stencil for that intel chip unfortunately.

check the frequency of clock gen crystal Y1=14.318MHZ , change Y1 fisrt then try to change the clockgen if you not have the right frequency.
