Ram? Hdd? Cpu? Or in some cases dedicated GPU

turns out it was just the GPU
reflowed it with our scotle IR6000 with kingbo flux

now doing heavy load on the unit
55c - 68c for three hours

is that ok?

Nice fix.

Planning to get a bga station.
Is that ir6000 good for noobs? Never done bga work before.

i think so because im a noob myself

just had trouble doing the profiles

but so far it gets the job done
