Asus X101H no video display, processor or chipset faulty?

Hello, anyone here, know the symptoms if the atom processor fail?

I have Asus X101H power on but no video on internal or external screen. All voltage is present and normal. The atom processor is n455, only get very little warm (i check without heatsink and fan, never get hot even it powered up to 10 minutes) when powered on.

It is processor (n455) or chipset (cg82nm10) faulty?

(cg82nm10) is very easy to fail, but also many asus netbook suffer from bad bios. so first reprogram bios, then if still fail put new intel chipset.

Yes i did, reprogram bios but still the same, no image and the processor only get little warm.
Ok i will try to change nm10, and post the result here
