Dell Vostro 5460 won't display when the uefi is enabled!!

Hello! I need help to my dell laptop vostro 5460

shortcut story

problem when unit was recieve to the client: No power
action taken: reprogram bios
status: unit comes on and display

Here is the main problem i encounter
1
-Power button not working (on/off)
-power comes on automatically only when i connect the charger
2
-when i change settings on bios for leagacy to uefi after i shutdown, the laptop wont turn on again so i need to reprogram again the bios..

is there anyone experience this problem??

same story with a hp 15 .

i started the post for bios file.

same stuff only mine was corrosion on kbc and i suspect that is the problem.

same like you had to reflash every time i wanted to start the notebook.

when it work it work normal but after a while nothing.

took the bios battery OFF then it started every time.

99% that if you take the BIOS battery off and discharge the board it will power(No need to reflash)

it is bios problem. have you backup old bios?
if you have old backup, upload it.

this bios is strange... do you have other eeproms on borad? if yes read them as well...
maybe there is ec which is not flashed or not flashed propertly, so communication between ec and main bios is the source of strange problems...
