Acer Aspire 5738G continuously restarting

I have laptop Acer Aspire 5738G to fix which continuously restarts in about 3-4s after AC plug in. Flashed BIOS including change SPI eeprom, changed KBC, changed SB Intel.

Can anyone suggest what I should check else? Thanks for helping.

thanks, I have this one, it's for nvidia GPU, my laptop has ATI M96.

This is also a JV50, but different machine. Maybe it can help

Thank you, but it's a different board with Intel Sandy Bridge

I tried to change CPU, RAM as well with no succes.
Reflowed all power voltage regulators, still restarting

if you charge the battery does it work normal?

charging works, same behavior on AC or battery

i got a nvidia model.

if you want i can take it out and work with you if you want?

i know you got ati but the buck regulators maybe are the same and voltage on coils

1st coils! the pic with cpu and gpu

voltages on them. i`ll take the voltages and write them here.

its not 100% the same
L19 its a bit out of place!

L19=24-19v --> 1.33v
u41= pin1,2,3 -->19-23v; pin 4 25-26v ; pin 5,6,7,8 19.41v
u40= pin1,2,3 -->7-20mV; pin 4 5.31v(see pic)

L26 = 19-24v -->1.6v
L25 = 19-24v -->1.16v

U39,U35 like U41
U38,U36 like U40

your board its brown under the GPU!
did you consider you got a problem there? even burn layer in PCB or bad chip?
