Hi Dear all,

I have HP Compaq 420 notebook. with battery charge, It is powering off when windows loading. It works in Safe mode. Please tel me what is the fault and how to resolve it. Thank you.

But it is not working. This laptop works fine in safe mode. I think it is processor related problem. I heard that Capacitor under side of the Motherboard (Big Black one)
Must replaced for problem like this. Is it suitable for Compaq 420 and How to replace it? I mean how is the value of the capacitance? Please reply me. Thank you.
