asus k54c, no power to processor when processor attached

Hello,
have this asus k54c that have no power to processor when attached, but without processor 1,11V is ok. with processor have 19ohm resistance on coil.

19ohm is not totally bad with cpu attached , usually is around 26 29ohm but 19ohm is not bad at all as well .
IF cpu once attached you loose connection , chek all the fets for all phases on the cpu , you must have some bad or even bad tantalum caps , in last case after cheking that all are good i would replace the CPU core ic

I heard and from my experience asus laptop got problem with bios. Also i solved problem vivobook s400c just with flash new bios .the qlue is after 19v ,5v 3,v is presented and psu read 1.900a .

did u get MiniPro? use it to reprogram the eeprom
