Lenovo z570 wont start lights off after second

Lenovo z570 wont start after pushing power button lights come for second and then off,try to change ram same things only is strange when I remove CPU lights stays on .
Its intel motherboard 1029-4

check bioss if comunicating

Check the MOSFET near the CPU. I had done few mobo with some of those MOSFET short issue.

try replacing cpu
also check 2 coils signal near cpu.
