Samsung rc408

in this Samsung rc408, windows not booting at all. starts the boot and while windows logo comes it doesnot proceed.

please advice what to do.

what does when it comes to the windows logo,
and have you tried to reinstall windows.

it just stays there in the windows logo, not proceed to next.

i tried re installing win7 with a new hdd,

it finishes the first part of install.

after that when it want to finish the boot it can't boot. just stays in the booting logo.

what to do.

I think something is get very hot, that is why it freeze, I think the GPU or CPU,
you can also check the fan.

Downgrade the cpu to i3 or pentium
