    how about removing and checking Q12 to see if it's causing the 65 ohms resistance. also check PQ3.

        By remove PQ3 and PQ12 also same, anyway thanks for your help.
        I think it cant be possible fix with me.

            i saw one thing when remove sio and mesure there is no continuity but when solder sio then continuity found. Also 66 ohms in PR97.

                From your observation of 66 ohms on PR97, it looks to me that +5V_ALW could be the one causing the 66 ohms.

                Verify this by lifting PL10 and measuring which pin of the coil has 66 ohms.

                    By removing PL9 66ohms short removed, but now 20 ohms continuity found pl9 output.
                    But i cant understand one thing how can it possible set run from battery for this 5v low continuity. I have not seen this impedence previous.
