Fn+f1 beep but not work.

You can try flash the bios, if it not solved the problem, then reflow the southbridge,
I need a schematic to make sure that it come from the south brigde.

maybe your keyboard is broken taste F1 tray any utilities of wifi you can find on packadbell support.
