I have this one know that balls are bad but how to check if is bad ATI IGP or ATI GPU?

Check for initial hdd activity led...If it`s not present system isn`t booting probably,and the fault is IGP northbridge (and usually is culprit on these boards),but if it`s present most likely problem is with gpu...

post gpu and nb code.... like 216-0606001 etc . according to that we can just see if one chip is known to be faulty.

i think that every ATI IGP is faulty. I give a little heat to the NB and it fire up. so i reballe it and now its work. BUT when i going for firt assemble it wont run and give some clicking sound. Then i realise i forgot to attach mask uner the metal bottom of fan . Now laptop is running but fan goes on full throttle.
