Envy 15

Hi folks, got few days ago the hp envy 15 to me.
Its not starting at all, nothing seems burned and I am not getting any value output from the bios chip (nearly all of outputs are 0v).
Dunno where to start, any help out would be awesome.

The first thing you need its a schematic .
But in order to get a schematic we all need to know the model
Of your motherboard.

Do you know how to use a DMM in continuity mode?
