envy 17 turn on and off

got this dv7 with the following board

symptom turn on and off instantly and stay doing this . anyone had this behavior before on a envy 17 ?
well all comment will be welcome.
if anyone have this schematic i apreciate it

btw if anyone have dumps for this
the motherboard like i mentioned is above ,

intel i7 cpu
KBC ENE D2
BD82PM55 chipset

there is main and EC bios

backup old bios, its possible that your bios need some additional work

here you go, straight from web update, so it need dmi fixing
if it does not start at all, then i nedd your dumps to make you a working dump

ok this machine was stoped for a while , meanwhile i add tons of outher computer to repair , now that i got a extra time im back with this one , now i have some upgraded news from the store who sent us this , this ocmputer was turning on , but the guy who touched the machine removed and inserted the lvds cable with the battery on ................ since that shes doing this issue , on and off ,

so pro blem possibly on does transistors near lvds area , but i dont have this schematic for i can see what is what and for i can start making measures.
anyone can help with schematic ??
