Toshiba C660 +CPU_CORE not found.

Hello frnd, How are you all. I have a problem with toshiba c660. this laptop power on but cpu core voltage is missing.
some important pin voltage given below.
Pin 23 VIN= 18v
Pin 22 VDD= 5V
Pin 7 VR_On=3.3V
Pin 31 VDDP= 5V
So that i have change ISl95831 but same cpu core not found.
Please suggest me what can i do, Please........

why do u change ic? no diagnostic in front of changing?
wanna change all of conponents on board to find some bad?

Check the VR_ON and r u checked 1.05vs_VCCP and VCCA that are normal?checked the pwrgood of these.

VR_ON is 3.3, But another voltage not available.
I need power sequence for it.

Voltage Rails on page 4 you can see the stage in every rail
S5 to S0 until every voltage its UP

Hello frnd, How are you all. I have a problem this board Toshiba c660 board. problem cpu core UGATE1 Mosfet will short. when i will press the power switch UGATE Mosfet will short ... alredy chenge also mosfet and ic . but same problem..please help me...
