    Acer emachine e630 inverter ?

    Hi guys,

I'm facing an issue here with a laptop e630 from ACER.

When on, the laptop displays a very dim image, I then test the light and inverter with another screen and inverters in stock (the cable fits, but are they really compatible ?). With any part I still get the same result : a very dim screen.

I've tested on PIN 1 at the inverter, 19V input so I guess that's ok with the cable.

there are other pins (7 in total) but I'm not sure about their function, any advice about it ?
the inverter is the following : pk070009l00-a00-a8c-21961.

    Thanks.

a good picture is better then inverter code

how many pin on inverter ?

and with dim image , i dont get it. image quality is ok, but missing the right brightness, or image quality is bad ?

if backlight bright is too low or too high, generally an inverter have a 19v for enabling inverter light, then it has a 3.3volt to enable backlight, and has 2-3 3.3volt for bright adjustment (as far i have understood)

      Thank you for your reply.

There are 7 pins on the inverter, I've attached the picture.

The quality of the image looks fine, but there is no brightness.
I've tested with a backlight alone, it does not light.

I will test each pin to provide you with voltages.

test each wire from the inverter and tell us how many V you got there

Just cook it! It's already broken.
